At Mora Beauty, we want you to love your beauty products as much as we do. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. Please read the details below to understand our return process.


Eligibility for Returns

You can return most items within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The product must be in resalable condition (unopened, undamaged, and with all accessories intact).
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Please Note: Certain items are not eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons, such as:

  • Opened makeup sponges
  • Used makeup brushes
  • Beauty tools that have been opened or used

How to Return

  2. Return Authorization:
    We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return address. Returns without an RA number will not be processed.
  3. Return Shipping:
    You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
    We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • If your item is returned in used or unsellable condition, a partial refund may be issued.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, size, or product, please follow the return procedure above and place a new order for the item you want.


Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Please include:

  • A photo of the damaged product
  • A photo of the shipping box (if applicable)

We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened beauty tools (e.g., makeup sponges, brushes)
  • Any product marked as "final sale"
  • Products purchased outside of our official website
